On the turn he’s betting almost pot size and he is committing himself here against you and It would be insane if he’s doing this with a draw of weaker Ax hand. So I would fold here for sure, but if you have reads otherwise I would stack off here.

If I have reads why not to let him bet river? if hes bluffing turn I dont want him to fold to my reshove, right?

I don’t think he will ever fold if you stack of the turn and you need to invest so much chips with calling that you can’t fold either on a bad river card.

U dont think he is gonna fold all his bluffs and semibluffs?
I think on the turn he would fold KJ, KT, TT, 99, 77, 66, 55, 44, 22. (maybe some QT, QJ, JT).
I think here his range are not only worse Ax(then I would get the push), but also total air and semibluffs. So I want him just to keep going on the river, if that is the right range he is drawing very thin anyways.

He gets insane good odds if we shove on him with effective 115k stack behind and it would be pretty bad to bet that much with only a draw when he is committing himself against you.

I mean if it wasn't that kind of player (the one that pot turn with air or semibluff) then we shouldnt be here talking about it.. It would be just a fold on the turn bc that size means 90% times he has a really strong hand.
But if we think that the player is just a donk aggr making big size to make u fold then I dont get the repush turn.
I agree its pretty bad to bet that big turn with a draw, but thats the point, him being pretty bad. If he wasn't that kind of player I should just fold turn.

Indeed and that’s why reads are important and against a good player the turn is indeed a clear fold and a fish would call with his draws most likely as well if we shove with not to many chips left.

When he bets big OTF & pots OTT I'm thinking there is no way we are ahead, he must have flopped 2 pair or a set, with your read of him being aggro then I guess several draws need to be added in there as well as well as some straight up bluffs.

He looks like quite the spewfish in my opinion. Openraising way too big, betting 70% on a fairly dry flop where most villains (from his point of view) will play fit or fold. Then potting a fairly meaningless turn. I don't think we're dealing with a thinking player in this one.
That being said I'd call pre and flop but ship the turn. His play doesn't make much sense, we have TP2ndK and the board got a bit draw-heavier OTT. If he has a pair and a flushdraw or sth, he isn't going anywhere. Hell, I even see him calling KQo here. So I'd charge him for whatever he is worth on the turn.
