I think villains range when he just calls you pre is around 99+,AJs+,AQo+.. Maybe it is even wider.
One option would be to check call this flop but on the other hand you have 2 overs and BDFD.
Villain can call your flop cbet with those pocket pairs and AK and AJ with BDFD etc.. So I think you can bet turn again when you improve.

How to play differently:
1) you can start with a check OTF
2) you can give up OTR because MPvsCO your ranges are quite tight

On the river I don't think he is going to fold enough if he called the 2 streets. the board doesn't change a lot. A lot of low cards which you can't really represent given the preflop action, he is not going to be afraid of that. So despite the fact that I just a put a large % of my stack in the pot, I'd just check it.

I don't think he is going to fold the turn often either, but you got a whole lot of equity there to bet.

Problem with this board is that he can't have that many draws, so he has got a made hand. At least some sort of pair. If he thinks he is ahead on the flop, there is no street where he should not be ahead. So he doesn't have a good reason to fold other than you telling him you have at least a Queen. If he doesn't believe you the first time and the second time, he's probably not going to believe you the third time.

It is simple. Board is low and dry and you do not have much FE. Turn is a xb. River - let it go.

Your turn equity + FE is good enough to bet the turn, OTR is just a give up on this limit.
