Trips vs full house

Pre flop call is a bit loose, I like 3bet best, fold is also okay.
Flop call is okay. You could raise but you probably just chase away his bluffs.
Turn I would bet way bigger. Probably $0.24. If you bluff here (with fd mostly) you want him to be in a tough spot with a J. When he raises I just call. Again to keep bluffs alive.
As played, if you fold river it is a super exploitive play. The "correct" decision is to call. However, if you think villain is unable to bluff enough on the river you can fold. If villain has KJs,A3s,JJ,KK you win 28% of the time. So I guess a clear fold at NL2.

Too loose call pre flop. If you want to play this hand you should bluff 3bet.
OTF I would raise, he has big pocket pairs, Jx and flush draws that will call.
OTT when he check raises you I immediately thought that he has a full house and doesn't need protection and that is why he checked. I would get more passive and just call his raise OTT and then call river and hope he has KJ or AK.
As played when the river blanks I don't think you have any other option than call his shove because it can still be AK or KJ.

Where would you recommend me to find correct raise first / calling / 3 bet ranges for 6max?

Cannot narrow his range as he opens UTG and you call with Axs ( my favorite hand I win big pots but has limited playability, always 3bet with it).
He c-bets so cannot narrow still.
Flop is paired, superdry so I think UTG raise big pairs.
Turn scare card and action I suspect KK.

I would also 3 bet PF. We can call if we don´t expect getting 3 bet - which is in cases a) on the left are fish b) players on the left are passive. Flop is definitely raise - we need to protect our hand from flush draws. OTT the sizing is too small. We can bet 75% of the pot and more (depends on villain - if fish it can be full pot). If we get raised there we don´t need to 4 bet imo. But as played... I don´t know sizings are really weird ♦. River is a call, unless we have some read on the villain.
