Hi,

my question is, is a top two pair good enough to go all in, in general in the blind battle?

We can find the answer by using equilab and checking how much equity we have. There is only 1 combo of both JJ and QQ and 3 combos of 55, so 4 set combos total. Then villain can have KK+ and a lot of draws (AhKh, AdKd, KhTh, Th9h,AhTh etcetc..), sometimes they will overplay even TPTK.

So overall you should beat a big part of his range -> you can go broke.

Nice. Thanks mate.
I really need to get out of the habbit to think I play bad, just for losing a hand.

WP. It is pretty wet flop I guess, so top 2 blocks a lot of his sets, we can't beat only 4 combos. To me it is never a fold and easy shove.

This is cool. Pre flop I would 3 bet, but shove on flop with this board is pretty standard imo. Gj.
