Flop its ok to bet to get value, right? After he x/r what should I do?

His lane is so strange that I cant figure out his range, so I just decided to fold on the river.

Betting OTF is ok. When he raises maybe it would be better to fold. Flop is very dry and his range is 66,Qx and total air and I'm not sure how often he will do this with total air. As long as we don't have that info, we can make exploitative folds.

You can check or bet OTF, both are possible imo. As played I´m folding to raise OTF.
