Missed straight draw and flush enter in the river, good spot to bluff?

I would 3bet this pre flop.
Flop call is fine but OTT I don't think you can call close to pot size bet with OESD when any club that completes your straight might be actually bad for you.
As played I'm now sure about betting the river. This is NL5 and people tend to call too much. And you might have some showdown value even with A high.
From villains line we can see that he is capped. He probably doesn't have a flush. To avoid getting bluff catched I think betting pot or even overbetting would work better.

I think call PF is ok. We´ve got fish (I know this sample is no sample, but he seems as a fish) on the button, which is likely to get into the hand as well. On a flop like this, w/o initiative, I actaully think decent plan would be to call flop and raise OTT. However K hits pretty much villain´s range and he bets strong. I´d fold OTT.

To you line. I don´t like it because, to do something like that we need some sort of read. Furthermore I think we don´t need to take this action at NL5 at all or at least rarely. We can keep it simple and don´t complicate our life ;).

Definitely bet big to rep a minimum made river flush....

I think vs most of the guys we make autoprofit by 3betting since many will fold too much. Also if we just call I'm a bit afraid of squeezes and if someone only calls I don't like that much either. If we hit an ace I wouldn't feel super comfortable with our kicker. So in a multiway pot we only hope to hit a flush/draw.
Calling might be still ok but for me this would be a standard 3bet bluff.

Yes, but given the stats hero provided I would just call. A6s also doesn´t get many straights and I personaly don´t have it in my standard 3 bet range.

Sample sizes are very small and SB could be active squeezer. This hand is not in my standard 3bet range vs 3x open either but vs 2.5x and smaller it is.
Vs bigger open I would fold this. When villain opens smaller we can expand our calling range but I think suited aces is the wrong place to expand. It would be better to start calling with suited one gappers than weak Ax that might be easily dominated especially multiway. This is just my opinion

Preflop play doesn't matter much as long as postflop play is good whatever you decide to do (here a 2.2 bb decision, on average maybe a 0.1 bb decision in the long run versus good opposition). You could say that the better you are postflop relative to the opposition, the less often you should raise. But arguing like "calling because you want to let fish on button in" with A♠:6♠: is still bad. The fish has position on you, and A♠:6♠: is, apart from the flush draw, an awful hand.

Turn play matters a lot here (a decision for 10 bb + potential river bluff, probably averaging to a 3-4 bb decision in the long run against good opposition). Calling must come with the assessment that villain will fold a lot. Without it, you can't call. With it, you have to bluff liberally on the right cards. I'd personally fold on turn without a good read.
