What do you think about this play?

Given the fact that many players call an all-in bet with nothing in such spots, I thouht that I should exploit that behaviour.
Moreover I had only 14 BB left, so I wanted to take this opportunity and try to double up.

You can consider to shove right away pre-flop, but as played I would most likely raise to 700 on the flop and shove most turns. This way you get most likely more value on the long run. Lucky for you he called with a random draw this time.
