2 checks, Hero bets $0,19, SB folds, BB calls

Turn: ($0,68 - 17 bb) 5♣ (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($0,68 - 17 bb) J♠ (2 Players)
BB bets $0,48, Hero bets $6,28 and is all in, BB bets $2,72 and is all in, Hero gets uncalled back ($3,08)

Villain is a fish, small sample, so can´t really give more info about him.
Would you raise normal size or shove OTR?

I would make small bet like 1/2 on turn for value. There are weaker Jx, underpairs.

I think on river its good to shove, cause if he had slowplayed hand like QQ+, 4x he is pushined, he will likely call.

First, you aren't nuts, he can have 44 :P
Second, if he's that much of a fish, why no second barrel ?

I have the nuts, 44 is supernuts .
I think I didn´t fire 2nd barrel, because I thought he had 4x. I think I based it on some read, probably on how long was he deciding.
