Isn't it reasonable to assume he has hit top pair OTF and we are still doing good? I'd be concerned OTT with the paired 8.

This guy looks very passive and I don't see him donking pot in a 3bet pot with top pair (9). But since he calls so wide he can definitely have any set and 2 pair and why not even a straight. And because he looks like a calling station and we don't have any 4bet stats we could include some QQ+ in his range too.

Exploitatively fold flop. There will with 90%+ certainty be another bet on turn that you can't call.

I agree with fold. Maybe I´d call F and fold OTT, but if he is really passive, fold OTF seems as the best idea.
