On the flop I bet a little higher because of drawy board.
Bout 230-250.

Other than that, get it in on the flop if he raises you like you did.

I don't like All-In. He made check-raise and maybe have 2 pairs or set.

He may also have Ax, Jx, 6x, flush draw or complete air aka runner runner 2 pair draw... if he has 2 pair or set then I'm quite happy to pay him off :P...
