I like it as played, except I'd bet bigger flop.
Turn it could be a second barrel but checking is really fine too, and as played turn it's an autocall river.
Take a note that villain is playing his overpairs that badly _ugly:

This is good as played. I think I would have bet again OTT because that 9 is semi brick and you improve to GS :)
As played, if villain floats you OTF with overs he should be stabbing OTR so I would call there.

I like it as played, just as Myfloxybaby mentioned, bet bigger OTF. Villain´s play is weird and I would call, prize is small, he might be bluffing and if not, we still get valuable read on villain.
