Hero checks, UTG bets 20 BB,

Flop: I do not see the need to raise and iso myself against the strong part of his range.
Turn: It looks I have implied odds here the way he bets so a call can be justified?

Turn is a call. I think it´s ok as played, just one thing. I believe we can 3bet this preflop at microstakes.

3bet OOP vs tight UTG 4bb open?
From these positions I prefer to keep my value 3bet range very tight and then have some suited connectors as a bluff.
That would be way easier to play postflop. Now we are dominated often and make more mistakes postflop.
This would be decent 3bet if we were IP.

Hmm, I don´t think 4bb is problem. I used this sizings myself (I think I´ve heard it in some video/article?), so I don´t see big issue there. You might be right, that for beginners, it´s better just to call this and I might use this advice myself :).

Yea that 4bb open is not the problem. But I think this hand is not optimal to play OOP against UTG's 3bet calling range-

It is just difficult to play this hand postflop OOP even if we hit because we are still way ahead/way behind against his range.
For example my 3bet calling range from UTG doesn't have any weaker Ax than this, and then it has only pocket pairs.

I agree, generally it seems really hard to get as much value 3betting AQs as calling it.
