NL4 Folding highest flush

I don't know if a good player will slow down OTT with good made hands because even when the turn completes some draws it opens a lot more draws too. He needs protection + sets and 2 pair still has equity against flushes and straights.

But since you said he is a solid reg, I think this looks like he is going for max value vs flushes, straights or Ax. Folding seems fine.

I think its a tough spot obviously. Maybe a little to nitty to fold. What range do you put him on? Couldn't it be top pair and trips?

I'd fold river too. But raising turn could be good option.

I think only bad player would shove trips. Flushes and straights are in hero's range. He would be turning his nice showdown value into a bluff on this limit where ppl quite often call too much. If he has some info on hero and knows hero is capable of folding flushes on paired board he could do this sometimes with total air? But I would still say he most likely has a full house, because he looks like a solid reg.

In my opinion he wouldn't have checked with a set on the turn when another spade may have ruined his hand completely.

I agree with you. But the bet size is 4x pot. Can we rely on that villain is good enough not to check turn with sets or A6,A7?
What could he have then? Would he be stupid enough to shove a weaker flush or even a straight when the board pairs? Or do it with trips? I don't think that is very likely either.

Yes, you are right. This really supports the fact, that I might be holding the best hand. On the other hand, there is a river play. Would he really shove with trips only? Does he think I´m gonna ever fold flush? Maybe if he has some read on me and if so, then wp and I villain deserves the money. Set would be very weird, but not impossible. But A6, A7, A5 - those are very likely to be held by villain.
