Squeeze QJs on BTN gives OESD+BDFD on flop vs CO: plan?

First thing is that I would not squeeze this hand. Suited connectors benefit from high stack to pot ratio and I think this hand would play ok multiway, especially when you are in position.
I would make a couple of changes to the squeezing range you constructed. When in position, I like to 3bet more merged. Because you already can realize your equity a lot better, you are not so interested in the playability that suited connectors have, but instead it would be better to pick high equity hands that have a blocker effect. So I would move a lot of suited connectors in the call category. I would also just call 88-99 to setmine. Don't really see the point of squeezing those.
I think you could bluff squeeze around 6% here. 8% is not so bad either. But your flatting range should be a loooot wider.

Postflop I'm not completely sure about cbetting because I don't expect so many folds from villain. But I don't think cbetting is very bad with OESD.
OTT you do not pick up any additional equity so this would be a standard check for me. I usually continue bluff barreling only if I improve somehow.

Interesting point of view. I just started playing again and I'm trying to understand preflop play better.

Ye i think calling these type suited hands is better , you have plenty of hands to choose from to squeeze with ip with the off suit combos. AJo-ATo,KJo-KTo,QTo+,JTo

Preflop agree with the call. The only factor for squeezing will be if the blinds are active squeezers themselves.
