Vs 2-2.5bb opens I would 3bet this hand for value. Vs 3bb open I would play mixed strategy with it. So I think this could be a 3bet pre flop.

Flop is standard.

Betting looks ok OTT but I would maybe bet slightly smaller. I think 30-40% would be a better sizing. Villain could check some better hands even if he shouldn't do that very often. You would get value from weaker aces and single diamond hands. You would not give him free cards but at the same time you minimize your losses in case you get raised.

OTR checking behind is good since you won't get called by weaker hands.

Preflop when IP we can call. You should always look at the players on the blinds. If there is an active played you can 3b.
I like the turn bet after villain checks. I like the size too. It should be the same as if you hold the nut flush.
River xb is fine.
