Although its only a small sample he looks like a typical call call call never bet kind of opponent
I think I play it the same until the river where I would check behind as I dont think you ever get called by worse now, I think he either has a weak :Kx: hand that he is never folding or a missed FD that he is never calling with

The only hands he would play until the river what you beat are flush draws I think and those hands will fold anyway. That’s why betting has no sense against loose passive player like him.
