My enemy is 17/9 after 35 hands.
I would like to know if it is a good spot for 3 barrel or not.

I think on NL2 it’s optimistic to have a 3bet bluff range to try to get 3 players out of the pot. I would call pre-flop and call 1 street on the flop with our 8 outs for a straight.

As played I would check/behind the turn and give up the river unimproved. You will never let a tight passive player fold with a 3rd barrel I think. Especially on NL2.

The squeeze pre is bad. As SDK said you will not fold out 3 NL2 villains with it, and you get very good odds just to call. This is definitely a call always.
As played flop bet is ok but I would also check OTT and probably give up.

We can call and see a flop mw.
Flop is ok.
On turn when the board pairs we do not draw to nuts and we can switch to passive and just check.

This is a very good spot to not raise it up in BB. It is also a good spot to not waste your last few crumbs OTR. Having played badly on earlier streets is no excuse to continue to do so.
