1. How to play draw there?
On river I felt he will fold 1 in 3 times, but I guess i shouldnt try that
2. What's my bottom preflop calling range there?

Pre it is a clear fold vs UTG imo.
OTF calling is ok. OTT is close, folding would be decent option. OTR donking small is weird but I guess it can work.

Pre BB vs BTN I wouldn't call with any Kx,Qx,Jx off suit hands. QT is not a call for me even if it was suited.
Snowie calls a bit wider. It would call KQo and QTs but not QTo. Not even QJo.

Preflop is a very wide defend. Just fold.
Postflop with OESD we can call flop and turn.
On river by donking you represent a Jx. I do not like it but if works is ok. KQs is the bottom for calling.

IMO don't rely on opponents folding at nl2. Play draw like that is fine. You can bet the river yourself when you hit your straight. On the turn you need to win 50bb pot to make your call break even. If river is a spade we won't be too happy to play for stacks.

The problem preflop is that flops good for you will often be even better flops for him. Thus fold preflop.

As played: When playing OOP without initiative with draws against an opponent actually betting enough to shut draws out isn't profitable, unless you can bluff profitably. The flop call is fine, since you have two betting rounds to make money, but the proposition gets much shakier on the turn. Bluffing on either street comes with a government warning flag, since the flop fits his range fairly well (JJ/99/J9s/AJs). It is up to you really. If you think he'll fold AA-QQ, then go for it. Better never fold, and fish will not even fold JT.

But I do like the river desperation stab. You could represent Jx.

Your "bottom" preflop calling range should depend on the quality of villain and the quality of your postflop game. HINT: Don't use Equilab or the like to calculate a "top-percentage" as it is playability more than rundown equity that counts. A9o is quite a bit worse than 65s.
