Complete pre is fine imo.
You could continue betting OTT since I guess there are many weaker hands that will call.

You might be already behind so you don't want to invest much but you want all of his crap hands to keep on calling (keep his range wide). I would bet small, around 40% -> 3bb.

We can bet turn too but as played it is not a big mistake.

Check call turn has the advantage to get value from Jx and Qx.

Villain is very likely a passive fish. I would say betting turn has that advantage.
