Another stack blown away to become a happy donkey feast... So disgusted...

Typical donkey stats: 32/17... only 28 hands though but for vpip and pfr enough of a samplesize to draw the conclusion that it is a donkey I suppose...

The dirty and nasty mule calls its gutshot on two streets because it knows that as always it is going to hit its lucky river card. At the river, I am so disgusted that I call anyway, I just feel I cannot fold trips to a donkey. However, when I saw the ten on the river and the dirty mule insta-shoved it was so obvious that it had KQ...

I feel that I play so badly in these situations, it is horrible. Keep donating to these dirty donks simply not willing to accept they suck out over and over again with their pathetic plays.

Any tips how to handle these situations better in the future (also mentally)? How do you manage to fold trips in such a spot against a donkey without getting instantly into rage mode?

Pre and flop are fine.
But I'm checking the turn. Though there are still some Ax hands we beat (A2,A3,A5-A7), and maybe some Jx hands will call this bet, i don't think we can get full value on this dry board. I mean, your hand is pretty face up here. I'd let him bluff river...

River sucks,.... but if you take your line in mind... what hands could he really have that we beat? (JT)? Would he really shove his worse Ax suddenly when x/c the flop and turn?

Oh, and regarding your mental game:
- try reading the mental game of poker (tendler)

Though it is hard to cope with these short term bad play, take in mind that in the long run we win. This is a part of poker, we can't always win. They suck out. Shit happens. Let them make their errors and bad play, and let us try to make as little errors as we can ourselves. Make enough volume to grind out this variance and in the long run we will be laughing at the donkeys.

Based on the limp of the UTG player it’s likely he’s a passive player and I wouldn’t mind to bet like 2/3 pot on the flop to get more value of him and if you do it it’s easier to get the money in on the river.

Cheers,
