Preflop: I know player 6 is a very tight straight forward player, gave him range: AT +
Flop: I knew that player 6 has a A-Pair but decided to call because if i get a flush i know he can easy be trapped
Turn: decided to trap player 6

Looks fine but your range estimations need some adjusting..
You have over 100 hands on villain and he has VPIP of almost 40 and PFR of 15. If his total pfr is that, I would expect him to open about 20% range from CO and now you are putting him on AT+ which would be 5% range.

Even a tight player will have more than AT+ here.
It is ok to chase your draw.

I think it's well played. Sometimes we can donkbet the turn to prevent him from checking back AX and QX and to get two streets of value vs AX + to protect vs A-high and K-high flusdraws.
