Late in a MTT shove or raise 77 with 23 BB first to act?

I think your raise is standard with 77 with a 23bb stack. Maybe min raising is better, but that’s the only thing.

I like the way you played thi hand, being aware of the stack sizes at the table and making a decision to whom call/folld - I would have done the same, except vs MP, cause he's having 71 BB, so I would thing for a longer time before making fold/call vs him depending on his looseness/tightness.

As played I think it's well played and I'd have done the same myself.

But looking at the P/F charts on https://www.pokerstrategy.com/strategy/sit-and-go/787/1/

Would give the SB a range of AA-77,AK,AQ,AJs,ATs to shove against your raise.
Which would only give you 36% equity, would put you in poor shape.

Think it comes down to, what you have picked up on the player.

Don’t forget that the chart is most likely for STT SNG’s and in MTT’s they will shove a lot wider than that for sure or it’s a nit and is calling on a shove with the big antes standard here.
