[Closed] HUD on Mansion

I've tried everything to get it to work...
I got money 2 hours ago and since then I'm trying

I've tried with this path:
D:\Poker\MansionPoker\History\CoreySteel\Table
D:\Poker\MansionPoker\History\CoreySteel\
D:\Poker\MansionPoker\History\
D:\Poker\MansionPoker\

I've entered my Screenname (CoreySteelSI)

Tried with everything in HUD settings and not even "test" is working.
So any tips would be really nice

I have no problems with Party and Stars HUD.

I have the same problem, on Mansion as well. Elephant successfully imports all the hands as I play them, but it does not show the HUD on the tables. The HUD works just fine on Party and Everest.

As a last resort I tried to run the Mansion software as an administrator (i have vista, but this has not been necessary for party or everest). However, as I try to log on, it claims that the username or password is wrong (i have checked the "remember password" box). I click it 2 more times, and now my account is locked. Brilliant.

p.s. I do run elephant as an admin of course

I don't know guys.
I did not have any problems and I don't remember how I make it work.

I'm using Holdem manager now so...

So this kinda confirms that it's not working.

Now I'm running everything as administrator. Still the same: hand histories on elephant get updated while I play, but I don't see the HUD anywhere. I've tried large tables, small tables, full ring, shorthanded..nothing. I'm probably doing something wrong, but I have no idea what it could be.

Exactly the same here...

Im using Elephant Hud on Mansion and it works fine for me (it has some bugs on FR recently, but overall is fine)
I tried PokerAce Hud and it didnt work though

Do you use full tables or mini tables? Tried both? Any difference about HUD?

I use both full tables and mini ones (when you use the mini ones the table stats covers one of the positions and you cannot see his hands, but as long as you dont sit there it isnt a problem) and it works fine with both

check if your postgresql is configured right
I dont know how to configure it, but I know that it has settings also - maybe your problem lies there

CoreySteel seems to have found this already, but I post this here in case somebody else has the same problem. I asked for a solution at the German forums, and this is what SanWogi had to say:

"No Problem,

the solution I found in the Elephant Bug and Beta-Forum was to

1. uninstall the Elephant.
2. delete the folder C:/Appdata/Username/Pokerstrategy Elephant.
3. reinstall the Elephant.

Please notice that you have to know the name, username and password of your Elephant database to regain access to it after the new installation.

That worked for me too, although the folder was in a different place on my computer. (If you have problems finding it, just go through all the AppData-folders. You will find it eventually.)

It worked for me too

I use Win XP and I found this folder under step 2 here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\PokerStrategy

If you are not an administrator then it's under your username.

edit: Can't see opponents card on a show down because it's HUD in a way, but I'll get used to it ♦
