I have always disliked when coach is playing too many tables. It is difficult to follow the action. I also like more in-depth analysis and don't get much out of live play. It is nice when the session is recorded and the coach can pause and rewind it.

Imo 2 tables is perfect (preferably zoom). If the tables are regular I can agree with 3 or max 4. But that is problematic when we have action in many tables at the same time.
Good things about only 2 tables are: easier to follow, more time for coach to explain his thought process, tables can be bigger.
