partypoker - $0.04 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 110.5 BB (VPIP: 32.59, PFR: 13.61, 3Bet Preflop: 6.14, Hands: 1,977)
SB: 100 BB (VPIP: 30.25, PFR: 10.01, 3Bet Preflop: 2.41, Hands: 2,287)
Hero (BB): 139.75 BB
UTG: 117 BB (VPIP: 37.46, PFR: 17.08, 3Bet Preflop: 4.83, Hands: 2,749)
CO: 188.75 BB (VPIP: 32.86, PFR: 13.14, 3Bet Preflop: 4.29, Hands: 2,378)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q♦ Q♥

UTG calls 1 BB, CO raises to 4 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 13.5 BB, fold, CO raises to 32.5 BB, Hero calls 19 BB

Flop: (66.5 BB, 2 players) 2♠ 5♣ 4♦
Hero checks, CO bets 63.25 BB, Hero raises to 107.25 BB and is all-in, CO calls 44 BB

Turn: (281 BB, 2 players) 9♥

River: (281 BB, 2 players) 9♣

Spoiler

CO shows K♦ A♥ (One Pair, Nines)
(Pre 44%, Flop 37%, Turn 23%)
Hero shows Q♦ Q♥ (Two Pair, Queens and Nines)
(Pre 56%, Flop 63%, Turn 77%)
Hero wins 267 BB

Am I supposed to run into KK or AA? I had a read on this guy, every time he raised pre and had the betting lead on the flop he'd pot a cBet. Figured QQ was good enough to try to make a stand. Would his range have been wider than KK and AA?

I think you're very rarely good here and effective stacks are 140bb. You have quite a sample on this guy over 2k hands so you have to have better information than that he cbets pot size. His 3bet % is quite low so we can assume he doesn't 3bet lightly so for him to be 4betting light here there is a very small chance. I really doubt he would play JJ like this, the real question is if he plays AK this aggressively. But since we're so deep I'd be more inclined to fold and if the effective stacks were around 100bb I'd be more inclined to call (if he was otherwise a very aggressive player).

I agree but this was the 3th or 4th time he had done that, and really felt he had air, never expected to see AK. But then you look at his 3bet% and indeed it doesn't make sense that QQ would be good.

Side note, I have no idea why it's saying I have that many hands on these guys because this is on Party poker and I have only played 5621 hands in total over a few weeks, no way I played all of that against the same players.

He has really funny stats, either KK AA or AK, I guess you have some history with him given the sample, take it into account.

My HUD on party poker doesn't fill in the names of the players, I think these stats are completely wrong! Anyone had this issue before?

Hi guys,

I found this.

From Oct. 5, 2016 on, any hand histories from cash games at partypoker will only contain aliases for the person who owns the hand history file; all other players will be listed anonymously as Player 1, Player 2, etc.

Players can still view the number of hands they played, their win rate and the plethora of other statistics produced by software such as Hold'em Manager and PokerTracker, but only for their own play; all of their opponents will be anonymous.

Your game should change when deep. And if someone is aggressive you can fold and move on.

Stats are wrong, anonymous tables. QQ is ok hand to check villiain on this flop imo, he was too agro.

It sucks to play this OOP in 4bet pot but I don't know if it is good to stack off either because we are deep...
OTF his move looks very strong but if you have a read that he always pots there and does it also with trash, I think you can play like this.

I fold this preflop. Villan´s 3bet stat is low, so 4bet is going to be even lower. There are JJ+, AKo/s in his range, which is coinflip for us. This itself would make me fold, if you would still hesitate, there is rake, which would make it losing spot.

The stats are wrong, from PT4 I can deduce that it was more like 32/27/ 3bet 9%

@la55i I really expected to see air, I posted it because he showed AK.
@Nitrol Ok changing my deep stack strategy. In what way does it need to change?

You should tighten up your 3b range.
And you should increase your calling range. When deep you have good implied odds to chase your draws.

Sweet Thanks for that!

I see, well, I would still probably fold, because we are oop and being oop after 4bet preflop is going to be pretty hard to play imo.

Deep stacked position becomes increasingly more important. Forget about 3-bet bluffing preflop OOP. Just as you have good implied odds, they have too, and they are in position when you are out of it. "Floating" becomes a credible weapon, the deeper you are, the more powerful it is, and you should bluff a tad more postflop - in position.
