5b sizing question

Its pointless - if you 5bet with a 100bb stack with whatever sizing, you are never folding.

GTO-wise I guess you can have some 5bet bluff-shoves in extreme situations, that are really really bad to put half your stack with and then fold/call...

Its better to consider flatting a 4bet with AA/KK and balance it with some of your AXs 3bet-bluffs (if you get the odds ofcourse).

Usually shove when 5b.
In this case BB cold4b which is strong and shove is all right.

Shove is standard 5bet sizing imo. That is both if you want to bluff and for value.
Even if you would just min 5bet and villain calls you end up playing with very small stack to pot ratio and you are going broke anyway.

Also while we're at it what kind of range would you shove at micros vs unknowns and avg/bad regs when facing a cold 4b? Lets just use this spot as an example.

Probably usually just KK+. Sometimes vs aggressive guys AK too?

Vs aggressive guys we can probably add also QQ. Ofcourse, vs some of them we can stack off even wider I believe.

Vs aggro players we can do it with QQ+, AK.

With a plan to do it more often with QQ than AKo

I like it as played, in this particular case we can definitely add QQ to our shoving range, maybe even JJ? I would avoid going broke with AK as it´s highly variance play.

Sizing (in any situation) depends primarily on stack sizes and the size of the pot. Choose the size so that you have easy decisions in further betting. It this case it means that you probably don't want to raise small and end up getting called (though this is unlikely). What do you do when an A flops? If you were 200 bb deep, things might change. You might not want to isolate AA calling you only.
