I'm betting PS on the flop. Nearly PS on the turn.

River play is good in my opinion. You can give him a chance to try to bluff you. Value betting is also good though.
You might go for a c/r as well. There are worse hands that would call you and I don't see you beat by a lot of hands here.

I think the only reasonable hands he might have that beat you are 98 and 55.
MAYBE TT or 77, but I find it rather unlikely.

And he'd be willing to pay JT, QT and maybe other worse hands.

Imo c/c river is weak, he often would check back.
I rather b/f to 3$ or b/c depends on the read.
