This looks ok to me.
MP3 called a limp but otherwise he seems to be quite tight. I'm not sure how well this flop is going to hit him. I think betting small is fine, but you are not doing it here. I would say small is 1/4 - 1/3 of the pot, now you are betting over half pot

Flop is helping the limper.
What do you think about skipping the turn cbet?...

He can still have a lot of draws and we would give a free card. Then we probably have to fold OTR if he bets. I like betting turn more to charge possible draws and maybe discourage him bluffing the river.

We will have to fold vs a raise then on turn.

That is true but I don't see that as a big problem. If we check we have to fold vs river bet, and I think with that line villain will bluff us more.
Imo a bet would be for protection, to charge draws and make it less likely that villain bluffs OTR.
Checking would be giving free cards and inducing villain to bluff. Only benefit is that we can't get raised if we don't bet.
What do you think are the benefits of checking?

I would most likely raise pre-flop more to like 50c with 2 limpers in it. The turn is a bad card for us. I don’t think you will get much value against a TAG like him. He could have a lot of sets in his range and you only beat a hand like 99 I think.

Flop: Many draws. Not few. Limpers are allowed to hit boards. Vs a big UTG open, this board has few draws. This flop hit a limper. HARD.

Turn: Ugly indeed. Since you got called on the flop, this is the time to slow down. A last effort may include a small bet to stop him from bluffing you out OTR. I'd not bet since he's likely to be very passive, and by now I'm sure he has some piece of the board. I'd be extremely lucky if he has just a smaller pair than us. Betting this turn to "make draws pay" is just about the silliest thing imaginable.
