I would cbet around 200, on the turn we get almost 4 to 1 for a call and I would definitely look at the river card and c/f if me miss and shove if we hit
Especially in a 25c SNG I would Cbet more than on a higher limit. They would most likely call a higher bet as easy as a small bet. The turn is for me an easy call with 12 outs for a flush and straight in total.
