I wouldn´t probably cbet this flop, but if we decide to do so, we should cbet and then give up. There is no point in firing one more barrel imo.

I agree.

If you bet flop, then make it bigger, like pot. You might convince him to fold, though I doubt he'll fold any pair. As played, you divide the money in two very weak attempts.

No doubt A♣:Q♣: is worth a raise preflop. The winnings comes from the fact that you have a superior hand. If you then lose a lot on missed flops, especially ones that the villain sees you missed, it will eat up your winnings (a bunch of small pots) and more very quickly.
