It is pretty loose to isoraise with ATo in that position. You can probably call flop since you have position (you don't close the action though). Turn is a fold, fish or not.

Fish = holds weak hand is an equation that doesn't necessarily hold, especially not postflop.

I do not like the isolation raise preflop. Plus you are both very deep.
Call F, fold T is ok.
