I tryed to get my free poker capital on 888poker and after 3 days of waiting my transfer is declined. I dont know if this is the right place to ask, but can someone of moderators give me answer why is my transfer declined?

Unfortunately we don't know. This is a decision of the relevant security department and they never release the reasons as this would give scammers an insight into how to bypass their security checks.

Maybe is declined because i send them picture of my ID just after trying to claim my free bonus?
Can i try again on that room(if i can do that?) or i need to register on another on maybe?
