Hi guys, I have a question. So I downloaded Pokerstars app yeaterday and made a deposit, but later I reinstalled windows, downloaded the app again and when I logged in I couldn't find cashier button. It says that I'm playing for play money. Do you guys know how to switch to real money game? I've tried to look for something related in settings and googled it, but couldn't find anything.

Can you get to any settings in the app?
Unfortunately I have just sent my phone in for repair and cant use the app to help guild you through this.
Other reasons could also be the country you are in at the time of using the app. More information about poker regulation around the world.
You should also take a moment or two to Introduce yourself! to us properly.

That’s sound weird. I expect that if you download the app with our instructions that it should work for sure. Beware that you can’t download the real money software through a app or play store. That could be the issue here.
