What is the stats of the players? With that stack a reg normally push all-in, if he was loose maybe raise but normally the way that he play probably represents a hand that will not fold (but depends how he plays the hands before). If he is constantly min raising with this hand you can push because its a good hand and you can eliminate and go to heads up but it depends of how he play other hands and his stats

AT should be a push/call against the short stack according to ICM.

Next time it’s better to use the raw hand for this and then you can convert it with weaktight for example. Further I have moved your hand to the hand discussion forum, because it’s fits better there.

I would also always shove or fold here, but it’s suspicious that player 3 isn’t shoving right away for 9bb effective. I would most likely stack off as well if we don’t have reads or stats on player 3 here.

Some people at those limits don´t know that they have to push or fold. But yes, infos on Villain would be nice.
