Ive collected 2085 VPPs on pokerstars this year and probably another 1000vpps last year but i havent received any strategypoints, why is this? username: Poveee

If you had a tracked PokerStars account, the whole time it’s weird you didn’t received SP anymore. I would send a ticket to our customer service and they will check it for you, because I can’t do it I’m afraid.

Also check the PokerStars client to ensure 'Information sharing' is turned on.
You can find the Information Sharing Agreement under the 'Account' tab in the PokerStars client as per the screenshot below.
You will only see the agreement if the signup instructions were followed in full.
