I think first hand is check/fold. The second hand maybe could work x/c, b/f, x/f

Why do you cbet or why do you xc?
Post hands in separate threads so you can receive a more detailed info and explanation.
Give some info now.

Give some info now.

First hand my hand is to weak I see that I should have x/f, a lot of things have me beaten is a three bet pot and i doubt he's calling with anything worse than AT, TT, QQ.
Second hand he bets and I should have cbet/turn. I think he saw this as a weakness and be bluffed the river

wait for your nuts or play strong hands with good playability in position. Vs Villian AJ fold preflop, AQ call preflop. if you 3bet him, he will call anyway

So the guy opens a lot and calls a lot 3bets. Adjustment: don't 3bet bluff so much but you can call a bit wider with value hands? Wait until you hit something strong and then take his stack.
If he loves calling your cbet in the second hand is bad. Actually with A high on this board it is bad in any case imo.
