The river is a nasty card for us and I don’t think you can shove against most likely a fish for value. You can consider to make a thin 500 chip value bet, but even that’s tricky and I would most likely check/fold against him.

against most likely a fish

Don't think we can say much about his stats in such a format and only 6 hands. People will flatt often/wide pre (especially early) with a lot of implied odds and trying to catch bounty's.

As played, I think the river is a check/fold. There are just so little hands that we beat (K9/KT indeed, but we have a K blocker which reduces a lot of combo's) and villain will not call us light because we have him covered and can take his bounty. His range mostly consists of pp (77-QQ) and flushes imo, don't see anything other reaching the river with this action (maybe A4x that floated your Cbet and turned an open ender). Almost all of that will probably fold to a river shove, don't think you will get value from worse ever, certainly when bounty is in stake.

What do you guys think of villains line here?

Looking at it quickly, it looks like a "its ko, my hand is suited, i float the flop, omg i picked up a FD on turn and call, omg I hit..." line.

Can you put some merit to villains line other than that maybe?

Villain's line makes no sense, he should fold flop and fold turn even if he misclicked the flop, he's not getting the correct price and he's not even drawing to the nuts.

As played I'd make it slightly bigger pre so you're Cbet and turn bet are little big bigger to. On this runout, I don't see him betting any worse and I'd probably checkfold river unless he does some tiny bet. That said, taking this line might make us lose some value but I think we'll net more chips by checkfolding here than by betting.
