Do you feel a need to refresh your grinding mode?
Are you a little bit bored of the same working environment every day?
Have you ever thought you can somehow spend less for your needs while earning the same money playing online?

We are a couple of long-time poker players and we did have a positive answers to those questions ourselves. So we decided to prepare an apartment dedicated for those who also ask themselves that. The apartment was designed from poker players to suit poker players needs. It isn't the next apartment for rent on the internet where you need to worry about placing your setup.

We took care about that having set up:
- a pair of big desks
- a pair of comfortable grinding chairs
- a pair of 28'' 4k monitors. Just bring your laptop hook it up and go
- Internet - You'll have two internet connections available included.

Also:
- UPS (Uninterruptible-Power-Supply), in case electricity goes off, you can keep grinding (click for preview)
- AC (Air conditioning for the potentially hot summer months) (click for preview)
- List of recommended restaurants incl delivery places
- Airport and night life guides
- Two big bedrooms (for a grinder each, but suitable for couples if needed)
- Do you like cooking? Cool, you have a nice kitchen with everything necessary.
- Lounge area.

How does it all look like?

Ok, I want to have this, where is it?
The grind house is situated in the city center of Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. Have you ever thought about relocating in Thailand to cut your expenses? In Sofia you can have the same effect without spending thousands of dollars for flight tickets, wasting you a day of travelling. F.e. flight from Berlin will take about 2hrs. Easy and cheap flight solutions available from most European airports.

Why would that be +EV for me?
If you live in an eurozone country here you can find same prices in restaurants, transport, all services, BUT in local currency - BGN, which is half the price of EUR (€1 = 1.96 BGN). Let me give you few examples:

- Beer in the bar costs about €1,50.
- Taxi will cost you about 0,40 eur cent /km. €5 from airport to city center (~12km).
- Public transport (any type, any line) daily ticket - €2.

For how long may I rent it?
Basically any option is ok. Please make sure to ask for available months upon planning.

Add me on skype (deandechev) now and book your new grind home.
Ask me anything you need to know.

How long does it take to have a pokerstars.com account moved to the pokerstars.bg license?

It's worth noting that only a small number of poker sites are legally available in Bulgaria. Judging by the main page of the Bulgarian community forums, the only iPoker skin offering poker to Bulgaria is bet365, which I deem inferior to many other skins available in most other countries.

In order to access 888poker out of Bulgaria, I'm afraid that a VPN might be necessary. (As someone who lives in Russia, I know that 888 is using an adaptive host technology which sets up access through mirror sites that remain unblocked by the government and works well most of the time, however, I'm not sure if the technology works correctly in Bulgaria and if it's possible to put a Bulgarian address into an 888 user profile, as 888 isn't marketing to that country any longer.)

Speaking of Microgaming, PKR looks like the only skin on that network that can be accessed without a VPN, and again, this is not very comfortable because about the only third party software that works with PKR's client is HM2 (and it does so only partially), whereas the clients of all other skins are supported by many more programs.

Hi tonypmm,

Good that you ask that. The situation is bit delicate but it is not that complicated. 888 is allowed for existing BG players. Most microgaming rooms are allowed. Ipoker and Stars you need to talk to them and try to arrange it for your own account.

Regards,
Dean

Hey guys,

had the chance to live in the apartment for a couple of days and it's really an awesome place for grinders.
Brandnew, clean equipment, nice kitchen, big bedrooms and whats most important: perfect setup for daily grind.

Taxi is incredibly cheap (cant even believe it until now) and whenever we were out, it was no problem to find food for all different tastes.
Dean is a great host and Sofia is a wonderful city. I'm convinced that you will settle down pretty fast.

Will definitely return!

Hi,

I have stayed at this apartment last year and it was really nice experience. Very nice layout of the flat. Dean clearly made a lot of effort to transform it in to poker apartment, it's full of poker related details.

Spoiler

Location is superb, caring host.
Go for it guys! :f_thumbsup:
