Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has 3♠ 3♦

Hero raises to 4 BB, MP calls 4 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold

Flop: (9.4 BB, 2 players) Q♠ 2♣ Q♣
Hero bets 6 BB, MP calls 6 BB

Turn: (21.4 BB, 2 players) Q♦
Hero bets 15.6 BB, MP calls 15 BB and is all-in

River: (51.4 BB, 2 players) 6♦

Hero shows 3♠ 3♦ (Full House, Queens full of Threes)
(Pre 50%, Flop 7%, Turn 0%)
MP shows T♠ Q♥ (Four of a Kind, Queens)
(Pre 50%, Flop 93%, Turn 100%)
MP wins 48.4 BB

I think barrelling the turn here was probably a mistake as im only really ahead if he has a flush draw and even then im losing about a 20% of the time when he calls

Villain is such short that it doesn't matter if you bet turn or not...

First of all I recommend removing the outcome of the hand next time or put it in a spoiler.
I would consider to raise pre-flop smaller with only 2 players with around 100bb stacks. Even a fold pre-flop isn’t bad I think, because most players are fishy based on the stats and 33 isn’t playing that well post-flop out of position.

As played your sizing could be smaller against a short stack. In this kind of spots you don’t want to get committed yet and I don’t think he will fold less if we bet half pot or so and we are most of the time only slight in front or far behind.

Cheers,

33 is out of my UTG opening range (my open size from there is 3bb). Normally opening this is not terrible but your open size makes it worse. And when we consider that the table is full of short stackers, I think this should be folded.

Flop bet size is too big. You will have the same fold equity with 3bb bet. You don't want to increase the pot with this hand, especially when villain has so little left he can just jam.
