BTN: 25.17 BB (VPIP: 62.22, PFR: 20.00, 3Bet Preflop: 11.11, Hands: 45)

9 players post ante of 0.08 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.25 BB) Hero has Q♣ A♠

Hero raises to 2 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, fold, BTN calls 2 BB, fold, fold

Flop: (6.25 BB, 2 players) K♣ 2♠ 8♣
Hero bets 2.82 BB, BTN calls 2.82 BB

Turn: (11.88 BB, 2 players) 9♣
Hero checks, BTN checks

River: (11.88 BB, 2 players) Q♠
Hero bets 3.33 BB, BTN calls 3.33 BB

Not the best spot with 19bb UTG , villain 62/20 for 45 hands.

I made the small 200 bet at the river as a block bet. Now as I am looking at the hand, there is not much point because there is not that many cards in his range that I am ahead against. Should I bet the turn again big and commit myself or should I go c/f on river, hoping he will not push me out with worse hand and get to showdown?

I think you play it well, i would not bet again on the turn because it completes a probable flush that he was looking for (it is true that he will pay not only with a draw but also K, 8) and you have just Ahigh. On the river maybe i would check and call small bets if he wants to bluff. If you bet on the river you invested half of your stack and if he raises it would be a difficult decision, unless you see that he is a passive player and will not raise here.

Cumps ;)

I would play the hand the same way. I think you could get thin value if you bet small on the river.

Bet bigger pre for value. It would suck if we play this hand OOP against multiple opponents. Secondly we could gii easier postflop. Flopbet could slightly bigger as well.

River is close between block bet (thin value?) or check/call small bet and check/fold big bet. Dunno

With 18bb how much can i bet in this river? If my stack was bigger i think it is clear that i can bet in this river after the player check the turn but with this stack i don't know.... What hands do you expect that he calls in this river?
