UTG+2 showed a lot strength as he raised preflop from an early position. That means you have to discount your pair outs a lot as you could be dominated easily by AA, KK, AK or AQ. The flop is 2-suited which removes a few outs as well.

Overall I think you can give yourself at most 3 outs so you would need 15:1 potodds on the flop. You get 10,5:1 so fold the flop directly.

After you hit the turn I like your bet as he may check behind weaker hands. The raise is pretty bad for you as you are probably behind but as you have outs left you have to call again. Unimproved you should fold the river as you are just too often behind now.
