I'm having a hard time trying to decipher what my opponent could have here besides 77, two pair, or top pair with a better kicker, as I find it unlikely that villain would play a draw in this manner. I decided to fold on the turn mostly because of the size of the bet, but I'm starting to think that maybe I should have called this down. Any thoughts?

Call the turn, and if the villain decides to bet again fold the river. The are still some draws out there and the villain might check the river.

We can call for 2 streets with TP. Do not call on river if you do not improve to 2P+.

What you effectively say is that people don't bluff. Ever!

I think you need to rethink a bit. People do bluff, partly because it is fun and partly because it is good poker to sometimes bluff. If you say the above because you'd not bluff yourself (ever), then this something else you need to rethink about.

That said, I think the turn fold is absolutely correct given his PSB. For one thing, you'll have a shitload of better Ax to call with, so you aren't rendering yourself open for exploitation.
