It depends on the villain in the BB. If he’s a decent player I would call this, but if he’s a weak player like most players on the 55c games I would fold this. I expect most players will 3bet shove to tight. Especially on a 3x raise.

I've been using Simple Nash (cause it's free) to give me a better idea what to do in these spots. After running the calculation, yes A7o would be a good call. Actually you can call with a pretty wide range. A2s+,K2s+, Q3s+, J7s+, T7s+, 97s+, 87s, 33+, A2o+, K4o+, Q8o+, J9o+, T9o+.

Obviously this isn't always the most optimal way to make these decisions, especially if you have reads or a big sample of hands with the villain. In spots where I don't have much info, I'm finding that using this has been very helpful.

That sounds right, but you need to adjust that most players on the micro limits will shove tighter then they should. Only good regulars will shove wide enough I think.
