I was thinking recently which programm is more reliable to you for your ICM calculations. Have you used any of these two? Or maybe another one?
I have tried both and there are situation that each one makes a different result, it's a bit confusing.
Also is it ok to follow ICM straight like bible, or do you think there are situation that you can ignore it?
I used most of the time Holdem Resources calculator for ICM spots, but indeed the ranges could change per program. Don’t forget that even if you are familiar with the Nash ranges that if you play against a fish that they could call to wide or too tight in ICM spots and you need to adjust the ranges as well.
I don’t really find any good reasons to ignore ICM or you are playing an MTT and you aren’t playing at the last 4 tables or later. Then is ICM not a big factor yet.
