The SB was a reg. I made my 2x rr on the flop so maybe he misunderstood it about something weak and get more value form rr or later streets. Is there any way I could extract more value? Maybe all of his chips? My bets were small because he has not seen me make anything crazy and I was tight enough with my play.

After turn pot was 1170 and he had 870 behind. On river u could shove for value, if he called 417 he would call all-in. Probably he puted
you on missed draw.

This sounds like a hand you can go for a 3bet for value pre-flop, but this line is fine as well.
As played I would go for a raise to like 240 on the flop and then you get even easier the money in the middle on the river if you bet around 350 on the turn.

pre is close between a flat or 3bet. Since we have position and we would hate it if villain 4bet shoves, I think a call is fine.
Sizing is ok, because it left you with a 3/4 potbet for villain. But oops,... you forgot to put him allin. I think you left some value on the table there.

Other option would be to raise flop bigger to leave a ~potbet on the turn.
