I have never been treated so bad by site. I have sent a million emails and no reply about my FPP's that can be converted to cash. They have basically stole my money is how i feel. I have definitely given them enough rake.
After a million tries their live chat worked and they cut me off mid way through, im fuming.
Here a photo f the chat. After i said any other site would have sorted it out after the first email, which is what generally happens, she just left the chat.
The unprofessionalism is unbelievable. Im fuming.
