Hello costah,
The best HUD for free would be FPDB (Free poker database). I have used this for a short time and had no problems. It is very basic, but does the job.
You also get a free trial on paid software like Holdem Manager 2 & Poker Tracker worth looking at. These programs come with better analysis tools and can be easier to set up.
Make sure before you run any of these programs that they are accepted by the room you intend to use them on.
