You can shove him on the river.

I bet bigger on flop and turn: $0,60 on flop and $1,60 on turn

Why? I tell you why. А loose-passive fish with 1.1 agrr. factor & WTS 22% play check/call 2 streets on a paired board. And on the river he bets 2/3 pot. So i don't see any reasons to shove. Just call.

Flop: I would bet bigger, $0.60.
Turn: Bet again, and a bit bigger than you did.
River: And vs such a loose player I shove on the river.

yea I like the call on the river after his weird line on dry board. Looks like a slowplay to me. He might have a worse K but he might have FH or better K
