I agree with you. Try to contact the customer support team and clarify with them and make sure that from the next time you play only on those casinos, which are recommended by your friends or your close ones. I also come up with the same issue and I also contact the support and I received my wages after 3 weeks. It was harassing but at the end I got my wages.
