Flop: ($0.27, 3 players) 9♣ 3♥ 2♦
Hero bets $0.13, CO calls $0.13, BTN calls $0.13

Turn: ($0.66, 3 players) 2♠
Hero bets $0.52, fold, fold

Q: What sizing should I use on this turn?

A: On the flop, I will always bet 3/4 the pot because people call a lot wider and there is more than on person in the pot. The board is still dry on the turn so there is not too many hands that will continue past. I would like to get value from TT, 88, 66, 55, JJ on the turn. I think I should bet 1/2 the pot so that a weaker pocket pair can not be scared off.

Betting so big on a dry board is not optimal imo. But as played I agree that 1/2 OTT should be fine.

It is a dry low board and you should not make big bets.
40-55 % is ok.

This.

Think of what villain's range you can extract some value from turn and maybe river and you will see that 44-88 you maybe extract something OTT and nothing OTR and TT-JJ you definitelly extract something OTT and maybe extract OTR.
That makes a lower bet more profitable in this situation.

50% 3way it's okay.

Then turn we could make 2/3 to make call every 9 of course and pp, and some Ahigh .

Agree with the above. We shouldn't bet so large. Flop even 35-40% is OK. Let them chase draws and stuff :)
